GENERAL INFORMATION
On 25 May 2018, REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL from 27 April 2016, regarding the protection of the natural entities in connection to personal data processing and the free mobility of this data, entered into force.
The Regulation aims to guarantee the data protection of the natural entities from all the member-states of the EU and to guarantee that the personal data shall not be processed without their knowledge and, whenever possible, that this data shall be processed with their explicit consent.
In the capacity of personal data controller and owner of https://valmon.bg, Translation Agency ValMon EOOD, UIC: 206031175, registered at the Commercial Register of the Registry Agency, with head and registered office: the town of Burgas, 44a Kostantin Fotinov Str., represented by Petya Kostova, meets all the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 by collecting the data for the persons only to the necessary extent and storing them in a responsible and legal way.
The protection of our clients’ business and information is of great significance to us. All employees we work with follow strict confidentiality regulations and impartiality; they are assessed and controlled during and after they are hired in order to make sure that they meet our requirements. If it is about specific cases like, for example, specific business operations on the acquisition of assets or participation in auction procedures, we prepare special confidentiality agreements. All the data is transferred in a secure way, through a protection connection of our crypted servers and it is stored under the standards of the personal data protection. Our systems are created in such a way as to allow complete monitoring of the projects while conduction an audit.
We would never ask you to provide any sensitive information without your explicit consent. The information we store is correct and actual. You may check the information we have collected about you by sending us an e-mail. If you find any inaccuracies, we shall timely delete/correct them. DEFINITIONS UNDER REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND THE COUNCIL from 27 April 2016
Personal data – any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person ('data subject'); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.
Data controller – a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data; where the purposes and means of such processing are determined by the Union or Member State law, the controller or the specific criteria for its nomination may be provided for by Union or Member State law.
Data subject – a natural person whose personal data is a subject of personal data stored by an organization.
Processing – any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction.
Personal data breach – a breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of, or access to, personal data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed. The personal data controller shall be obliged to report the supervising authority for any personal data breach and any time when there is a possibility that the breach may lead to unfavourable consequences on the personal data or the privacy of the personal life of the data subject.
Consent of the data subject - any freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous indication of the data subject's wishes by which he or she, by a statement or by a clear affirmative action, signifies agreement to the processing of personal data relating to him or her.

REASONS FOR COLLECTION, PROCESSING, AND STORING YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Translation Agency ValMon EOOD collects and processes your personal data under Art. 6, par. 1 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, and, more specifically, under the following circumstances:
Under an agreement concluded between Translation Agency ValMon EOOD and a user of our services.
For the purposes of the legitimate interest of Translation Agency ValMon EOOD, including for the performance of obligations to state and municipal bodies, an accounting company; for the issuance of invoices; before notarial offices on the territory of the country; before official state bodies and authorities; before law firms servicing Translation Agency ValMon EOOD.
PURPOSES FOR THE COLLECTION, PROCESSING, AND STORING PERSONAL DATA
Translation Agency ValMon EOOD collects and processes personal data you provide us in connection to the use of our website and for the performance of tour orders, including for the following purposes:
- for activities connected to the use of the website and sending enquiries;
- for the realization of a connection by phone or via e-mail, for sending correspondence and finished orders;
TERM OF STORING PERSONAL DATA
The personal data stored for the abovementioned purposes shall be stored for a period of 3 years from their provision by the users. We use this period of three years for administrative purposes and to be able to answer any potential question and complaints regarding your order.
Regardless of this term, any documents which require longer term of storage by the Bulgarian legislation, shall be filed for the respective period of time.
You will be duly informed in case that the term of storing the data is to be extended in connection to the legitimate interests or due to any other reasons among which, but not limited to, the interest of execution or the protection of legal claims.
RIGHT OF CORRECTION OR COMPLETION
You have the right to correct or complete any inaccurate or incomplete personal data connected to you.
RIGHT OF ACCESS
You have the right to ask Translation Agency ValMon EOOD and receive a confirmation whether they process any personal data connected to you.
You have the right of receiving an access to the data connected to you and to any other information regarding its collection, processing, and storing.
RIGHT OF DELETION (‘TO BE FORGOTTEN’)
You have the right to request for the deletion of the personal data connected to you, and Translation Agency ValMon EOOD shall be obliged to delete it within the foreseen terms if any of the conditions foreseen by the Regulation is present.
Translation Agency ValMon EOOD shall not be obliged to delete the personal data if they store and process them as follows:
- for meeting a legal obligation which requires processing foreseen in the right of the EU or the right of a member-state, which right applies to the Personal Data Collector or for the execution of a task of public interest, or for the execution of any official powers they have;
- for the establishment, execution, or protection of legal claims.
- Translation Agency ValMon EOOD shall not delete the data which they are obliged to store, including for their protection in connection to any court claims against them or for proving their rights.
PORTABILITY RIGHT
You have the right to withdraw your data which is stored and processed about you at any time and to request for their transfer to a personal data collector you have specified, whenever this is technically possible.
RIGHTS IN CASE OF PERSONAL DATA BREACH
In case of any detected personal data breach, which breach may risk your rights and freedom, you will be informed about this breach, without any unreasonable delay, as well as about the measures which have been or are to be undertaken.
COOKIE POLICY
