01About the service
Document legalization
What legalization is
A document is legalized by adding an apostille – a stamp or sticker that certifies its authenticity to the authorities of the other country.
Before legalization, the document is translated by a licensed translator following specific formatting requirements. In some cases a notarized copy of the original is also needed.
What we guarantee
- Commitment – if your documents are not prepared correctly for legalization, we tell you what to do to save time and money.
- Speed – we deliver as quickly as possible, at a fair price.
How to prepare your documents
- Municipal documents – we need the originals, stamped with a rectangular seal bearing the name and signature of the official who certified them.
- Educational documents – the original diplomas and notarized copies.
- Legal documents – originals or notarized copies.
Detailed guidance is available on the website of the Bulgarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, but the easiest option is our free consultation.
How much it costs
The price depends on the type of document and the turnaround – standard, fast or express. Send us a photo or call us and we will tell you exactly.
Skip the queues and the running between offices. Leave the translation and legalization to us.
